Shipping policy

1) GENERAL NOTE: All our product prices are EXW (Ex Works), if required we can offer you a doorstep delivery (prices below) - prices are indicative. For larger amounts we can offer tailor-made solutions.

2) On deliveries:

Transport costs include:
- Front door delivery
- Normal weight products, heavy weight surcharge not included, may apply)
- The rates are for one loading and one unloading address.
- Rates include 20 minutes of unloading time, if this is exceeded, an extra will be requested.
- Rates are for deliveries during office hours. Other delivery times are on request.
- Accessible area (center or countryside surcharge not included, may apply)

Always inform us in advance if there are problems with loading/unloading products.

3) For pick-ups, extra note:

Goods can be at the collection location for 3 working days free of charge. Costs are charged for a period.
- MON to FRI 9am-4pm
- Antwerp: Merantistraat, unit S9, 2030

4) delivery prices:

please note that we sell ex warehouse Antwerp, we are more than happy to make a quotation for transport costs based on the selected 
items in and ordervalue of your chart. We come back to you asap with this information. Of course a pick-up by you or your transportpartner 
in our warehouse in Antwerp-Belgium is always an option.
